How to withdraw cryptocurrency from PRISM

The PRISM Wallet separates internal PRISM transfers from withdrawals of supported external assets. Before starting, decide which currency you want to move and prepare a compatible destination wallet.

Open the correct asset

Go to Wallet and select the external asset you want to withdraw. Review its balance and recent transaction activity. Choose Withdraw from the available actions.

PRISM itself uses the internal Send flow with a PRX address. Do not paste an external blockchain address into an internal PRISM transfer.

Match the destination network

Copy the receiving address from your external wallet or exchange. If the asset is available on several networks, choose the network supported by both the destination and PRISM withdrawal form.

For example, a stablecoin may exist on multiple chains. The ticker can look identical while the addresses and transfer rails are not interchangeable. Confirm the receiving network on the destination platform before continuing.

Enter and review the withdrawal

Paste the address, enter the amount and select the network. Compare the beginning and end of the address with the destination. On mobile, pasting is safer than typing, but you should still verify the result.

Review all fields together:

• Asset matches the destination balance.
• Network matches on both sides.
• Address belongs to the intended recipient.
• Amount is the value you want to send.

Submit the withdrawal only after these checks.

Track the result in Wallet

The withdrawal appears in transaction activity with its current status. You can return to the asset page or wallet history to follow it. After the transfer is sent to the network, the receiving wallet may also require blockchain confirmations before showing the final balance.

Never use an address from a screenshot when the original copy action is available. If a destination platform requires an additional memo or tag, make sure the withdrawal route supports every field required by that platform before sending.
